front desk Dear Patients:

I am now officially on maternity leave! I’ve learning to do something I’ve never done before—nothing. I’ve been feeling good, but just this week I seem to have become particularly huge and waddling around is uncomfortable.

As many of you know, it has taken months of diligent searching to find someone to cover my practice that will be able to offer you expert service and advice. I decided that the best way to accomplish this is to have two wonderful people available.

I am pleased to announce that Chiropractor Victoria Reyzelman will be performing maternity coverage. Dr. Reyzelman is a fabulous adjuster and is happy to be working at Conscious Chiropractic and Acupuncture. Victoria has been practicing in the City of Richmond at a very busy chiropractic clinic for the past several years. In working with us, she is excited by the prospect of doing meaningful work, in a calmer and more holistic environment in which she feels she can make a difference. See her bio on the Chiropractic home page.

Victoria will be sharing coverage work with Dr. Sharon Ufberg. Sharon has been practicing for 20 years in the Bay Area, and currently practices in New York City. Her abilities in some areas surpass my own and I feel confident that you will be well cared for in her hands. Both she and Victoria have graciously agreed to be available to cover for me for as long as I need. As I miss you all and want to be back at work, I’m anticipating my return to be during the 2nd week in January.

I will be posting every couple of weeks under the “News” section of the website. Additionally, my email address is on the site and I’ll do my best to respond to any emails and questions/concerns you may have. Other than the day I give birth and perhaps a day or two following, I will be in daily communication with the office and with Ava, Cristina, Victoria and Sharon.

I’m hopeful you will all check the website, feel free to contact me and most of all, follow through with your care. Remember that you come first and please do all the things you know to do to take care of you!

See you in January!
Michelle
