Deborah Schick, DCDesignation: Chiropractic Dr. Deborah Schick graduated from Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Schick has extensive experience in treating all types of musculoskeletal injuries as well as significant experience in the treatment and management of cumulative trauma and repetitive stress injuries. Alexander Khanin, DCDesignation: Chiropractic Alexander Khanin graduated as Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2000, and is California State Board Certified by the Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Initially, after graduation, Dr. Khanin did a mission trip in El Salvador and took some time off to travel before getting licensed and starting practice. He visited St. Petersburg, the place of his birth and then took a tour around Europe to France, Italy, Switzerland, and Germany.
In 2001, he started volunteering at Glide Memorial Church, at their new progressive fee clinic where he was the Chiropractic for the whole staff and community for the next eight years. In 2003. He opened his own practice – Momentum Chiropractic where he continued to practice and further his education through learning new and old treatment methods and chiropractic techniques like Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT). The bio Cranial Technique, Cold Laser Therapy, Movement therapy, Myotherapy, Yoga, Meditation.
Dr. Khanin came aboard as one of our Chiropractors here at Conscious Chiropractic about a year ago. He quoted: ” It is a pleasure being part of such a great collective of healers and staff members here at CC. I love being part of a time that is located downtown and being supported by such great staff members. Together it is our goal to help YOU! hope to see you soon”.
On a personal note, he enjoys yoga, meditation, cooking, and gardening. He also enjoys dancing, hiking, camping, and any out door related adventures.
Traci Kanzawa, L.Ac.Designation: Acupuncture Traci Kanzawa, Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist, provides acupuncture and Chinese herbal formulas to patients located in downtown San Francisco and the Financial District. She is licensed in both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine by the State of California Acupuncture Board. She is also a Diplomate in Acupuncture certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine(NCCAOM). Evelyn WachsDesignation: Massage Therapy Evelyn Wachs received her training at the Charles Jones Career and Education Center in Sacramento, CA. in 2009 and is certified by the California Massage Therapy Council.
Evelyn specializes in Shiatsu, Swedish and Deep Tissue/Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release and Prenatal Massage.
She began her journey into massage while studying dance and flow arts and believes in bringing balance to the body and calming the mind, tailoring each session to one’s needs drawing from an extensive background in bodywork, yoga and movement arts to give an intuitive, integrated approach to each session.
